To call The Settlement at Ashley Hall unique would be a bit of an understatement. The site is on the National Register of Historic Places. Here you'll find one of the oldest surviving structures in the state and heritage oaks that were 'old' when the Declaration of Independence was signed.
When creating a new neighborhood on a site this important, you take the time to do things right the first time. It means being a proper steward of a rich 340-year history as well as planning and building to only the highest standards. The Settlement at Ashely Hall features 1000 feet of riverfront devoted to the neighborhood with a riverfront pool, covered pavilion, fire pit, and community deepwater dock. We are one of only a few neighborhoods in Charleston that offers true deepwater access. We proudly welcome Homes By Dickerson as a custom home builder to The Settlement at Ashley Hall.
